In the past 3 years our blog and website have been filled with the most amazing couples, tons of sweet sweet families and an insane amount of Alea and Kim adventures in between!! But after all this time we thought you all might like a change of scenery :) We know some of you are afraid of change but please don't worry!!! We promise change is good! We have been working our fingers to the bone for the past year with intothedarkroom to come up with something for our friends that would knock your socks off..... and it's finally here! Keep your eyes open tomorrow because you don't want to miss this!!!!

Hi friends! Starting the morning off with a super fun and unique wedding is my kind of day! Pam & Craig were married in a beautiful sun filled room that made everything around them glow. You might remember this couple from their awesome spring esession but this time around they were in their formal dress! Traditional formal dress actually! Craig and his family are from Scotland so all the boys wore their kilts loud and proud! Tradition was definitely one of our favorite parts of the day and all the singing made our cheeks hurt we were smiling so much! I had no idea that Scottish people had a song for everything!! :):)
Pam and Craig, we are so happy to have shared your day with you both! We enjoyed every minute of it!!

Meaghan + Tyler

Did somebody say reunion?? I think I heard it more than a few times at Meaghan and Tyler's wedding!! This sweet, sweet couple is friends with lots of our friends and now Alea and I are friends with them! Does that make since? We love our couples and more times than not, they find us through their friends! I think we saw at least 3 of our newlywed couples this night and they were all still dancing the night away with Meaghan and Tyler like it was their own wedding day!! The best way to celebrate! Friends and family, Oh and you gotta have milk and cookies! My favorite part!!
Meaghan and Tyler, thank you for letting us enjoy your day with you both! Seeing the two of you together, seeing familiar faces and meeting some new ones was the highlight of our week! Oh! and I just want to let you both know, that the key to happiness is.... always share your Oreos!

Andrea & Trey

As you all know, I'm in full on wedding mode with my friend Heather and that's all I can think about!!! Dresses, flowers details and PHOTOS of course!! And so for today to satisfy my love bug, I am so excited to share our newest couple in love! Andrea and Trey!! I have to give them the award for the coolest couple in town because they were able to survive the heat last week on one of the hottest days of the year so far! They must have hidden an air conditioner on location and didn't tell me because all I see in these photos is cool and breezy!!
Andrea & Trey, I LOVED hanging out with you on Friday!! Thank you both so much for being so fun and braving the heat! I think it was totally worth it :)

They're ENGAGED!!!!!!! My dear, dear friend Heather and her man got engaged over the weekend!!!!! I can't tell you how excited I really am!!! She called me on Sunday to tell me the awesome news and my little brain wheels started turning! I mean I have been to THOUSANDS of weddings!!!..... well it feels like thousands at least and believe me, I have been storing away bits and pieces of each and every one to someday share my wealth of knowledge to a bride looking for some ideas!!! And look who comes along! Heather Nicole Smith! Soon to be,..... wait, what is Chris's last name? :)
Last weekend, I just happen to take a few pre-engagement photos of Heather and her man and their pups! I just couldn't resist taking a few kissy ones and don't worry, there will be many more to come! I'm already planning the engagement session of the century :):):)
I love you Heather :) I can't wait until tomorrow!!!
