Amy + Ken
|

Hi Friends!!
Hopefully everyone is gearing up for some fun turkey day adventures!! I can't wait for tomorrow's festivities!! Cajun turkey, stuffing, pumpkin pie!! YUMMY!! can you tell Im excited!
I am hoping this post will be something exciting too, and come at a perfect time to share with Amy and Ken's families! Amy was telling me the story of the first ever thanksgiving she joined Ken on. Her idea of thanksgiving was her mom, sister, grandma and grandpa enjoying a thanksgiving dinner around the table. When Ken invited her to his thanksgiving, she had the impression that it would be similar. Except when they got out of the car in a community center parking lot that was full to the brim, she had no idea that she would be spending thanksgiving in a community center FULL of Bishops!! :) I would probably have been a little stunned too! Large families are awesome because there is always someone to talk to and lean on! ;)
You guys might remember Amy and Ken from their awesome St. Augustine, FL engagements session back in March. We had a fabulous time, and i couldn't wait for their fall wedding! Amy and Ken were married at Cuscowilla with a backdrop of this amazing gorgeous blue sky over lake oconee. We were worried because the day before it was completely down pouring, and I was praying that we would have enough sun to go out for just a moment, but they were given probably one of the most beautiful fall days this year.
Amy and Ken, you guys make us smile. Your warmth and friendliness goes without saying, and your families made us feel like we were "one of the fam"! We had such a blast at your wedding, and here's too making the bishop family even larger!! Cheers to you both!

| After their ceremony, we went out to the strange lands of Cuscowilla! Doesn't it look like we were in Africa!! The only things missing are the zebras and lions. Well, im glad there weren't any lions! Yikes! |

Rachel and Sam
|

I'm sure all of you remember Rachel and Sam! They were our brave couple that walked the train track bridge and rolled up their jeans to play in the fountain on one of the hottest days of the summer for their engagements!!! They were up for anything so we couldn't wait for their wedding day!
Our day started by spying on Rachel and Sam as they saw each other for the first time before the wedding. He stood at the bottom of the stairs with the biggest smile on his face. He simply gave her a hug and a kiss and then put her pearls on to help her finish getting ready. It was one of the sweetest moments of the day.
They were married in the beautiful Chapel at Fort Benning in Columbus. The sky was bright blue with a cool breeze so it was definitely the perfect day for a wedding! Usually, the father of the bride has the huge responsibility of making sure his daughter makes it safely down the isle to her groom. Rachel's father had one more very important duty for the day. Not only did he have the honor of giving his daughter away, he also made it all official by leading the ceremony! My favorite part was when he said "Sam, you may kiss my daughter."
Rachel and Sam - It was an honor to be part of your wedding day. Alea and I were so happy that we got the chance to spend so much time with you and had a blast with you walking all around downtown!!! You two are such a sweet couple and it is crystal clear that you will have a beautiful life together. All the best to you both!
Enjoy!

| Do you guys remember this spot? |

| To end the night right, they had a bubble last dance instead of a bubble exit! The room was full of bubbles! |

Elizabeth & Dane
|

Good Evening All!!
I am so excited to share this great day with everyone! I think Elizabeth and Dane chose the most perfect day in November to tie the knot. They were married near the lake at Stone Mountain and I swear I didn't know how gorgeous it truly was there. Everything was so still and peaceful... perfect for a fall wedding!
One of the many things I loved about this day was Elizabeth and Dane's family! I've been to a lot of weddings :) and have never seen family so involved in every way. It was so special when each family member was given a little packet that contained a small amount of sand. As Elizabeth stood with her family and Dane stood with his, each person combined the sand into one. Elizabeth and Dane then united the families. It was very clear how much their families loved them and how happy they were to be part of this wedding.
Elizabeth and Dane - Your wedding was so very thoughtful and special in every way! Alea I has such a blast with the two of you and wish nothing but happiness!
Enjoy!

McLaren Fam!
|

Oh man, does anyone else feel like winter is here? I can't believe how cold it is outside, and how all my pretty leaves are just about gone. It seemed to happen over night. Well, we are trying to truck along with our many many photos to share with you, and hope that you are enjoying all our little posts! I am thrilled to share the wonderful McLaren family with you! Absolutely the sweetest family, and such cutie pies! We ventured out to the roswell mill river bridge for some fabulous photos, had a couple interesting guests visit us during the shoot, ie. a fella asking if he could take my photo, haha, all the while I think we captured some fun moments of this great family!
McLaren's, I love every opportunity that I get to see your family. It is always wonderful to catch up and see how Kendal and Kyle are growing into wonderful adults! ;)
Hope you love your photos!
