| Happy Holidays!!! We hope that all of you are having lots of fun over the holidays!! That's what we are planning on doing! In order to spend some good quality time with our friends and family, Alea Moore Photography will be closed from December 20th until January 5th 2009! Please don't fret! Upon our return we will be ready to go and excited to start a brand new fabulous year!!! Until then enjoy the holidays!!!

| Hi Friends!
I hope that all of you are doing wonderful, and are able to embrace the season!! We are gearing up for a wedding weekend in St. Simon Island! BUT, before we go, i wanted to share my delightful e-session with Beth and Scott!! I know Beth from Buckhead Church, so i was super thrilled when she shared she was engaged and want lil' ol us to photograph their wedding!! Got a double wammy of joy, when i got to hang out with them during the engagement shoot!! :) We probably laughed the entire time, and now when I try to recall what exactly about, i can't remember! We just had a great time and I loved their joy! Beth and Scott!! Thank you so much for the awesome privilege and taking photos that hopefully with show you guys just how awesome you both are!! I absolutely enjoyed spending just a little bit of time with you both, and can't wait for more during the wedding!!! Merry Christmas to you both!! Enjoy, Alea |

| Hi Friends!!
Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a great weekend! I had a good one, full of adventures as usual! I am trying not to panic with..eghm....9 days left til Christmas! Kim and I have been going non stop with all these Holiday orders that we had a good chuckle this afternoon as we realized that we both had pretty extensive Christmas lists that aren't even close to being finished!! We are so happy that we were able to provide so many of you with wonderful gifts for your families and friends,SOOOOO do any of you wanna help us with our shopping or better yet, how about some ideas! any cool gift ideas for my 2 year old nephew or kim's sister in law, or better yet, any ideas for my husband???? shh... don't tell him! Anyway! Another wonderful set of happy photos for me to share!! Meet Crystal and Bret. I had actually not met either Crystal or Bret before the session, but I could tell from chatting with Crystal that we would have a blast! I loved it when Bret was the one that called me to set up the engagement session! I thought it was super cool that the guy was the one responsible for that! Bret gets my thumbs up! Crystal and Bret, I loved spending the afternoon with you both! I am so glad we waited for a sunny day, and to be able to run around the highlands always makes for some great adventures!! And thanks again for calling me for my forgotten chocolate cake!! You guys Rock, and can't wait for the wedding! Cheers, Alea |

| Happy rainy wednesday friends!!
I don't know if any of you had as hard of a time waking up this morning as I did! But, geez, with the rain pouring down, and how dark it was, it made it so hard to lift the sheets off, and peel myself out of a cozy bed! But the reminder of all you folks waiting so patiently for your photos was my motivation, so up and about I am, ready to share another set of photos to ya! Carrie and Rob were married at the Defoors Center in downtown. it is this really cool gallery with tons of great artwork all over. it also has this fabulous bar area and really neat little bookstore! (i know you are thinking what we were thinking!) Lots of great places for photos!! ;) Their ceremony was probably one of the fastest I have ever seen, literally, it was an "i do" and a kiss. It was awesome! One of my favorite parts of the day were all of Carrie and Rob's friends and family! I don't think a moment went by without someone giving a good reason to laugh or everyone just laughing. It was really cool how happy everyone was. even grandma who told Kim and I she was proud of us for being women on their own and having our own photography company! Carrie and Rob, you two put such a smile on my face! I absolutely loved spending the day with you both and getting to be a part of all the fun and laughter! I especially loved all the dancing at the end of the night!! Carrie, who knew you had so many good moves!! hee hee! Hope the photos make you smile and give a little sunshine on this rainy wednesday. | Hi Friends!
So, we are on our little marathon of engagement session! The fall is just too pretty to pass up, and I was so excited with how many of our folks wanted to get in front of a camera to take advantage of such a gorgeous time of year! Kim and I met Katy over coffee one evening, and immediately were drawn to her contagious smile and happy presence! Since then, had met Bennett and Katy again briefly at other weddings we were photographing, so I was thrilled to have a little more time to chat and hang out during their session. We ventured out around their alumni campus of Georgia Tech! We searched out all the awesome crannies around that campus, and found some stunning spots! Katy and Bennett, you both are just too sweet. I loved spending time with you both, and hope you guys had a great time, and will be just that more comfortable on the wedding day!! Hope these photos make you both smile! Cheers, Alea |
