Hi Friends!
Well, two posts this week is better then our just one from last week! We are improving in our catching up-ness. We are off to a wedding this afternoon, but before we go, i wanted to share some photos from a family session I photographed a couple weeks ago. It was a gorgeous sunny Sunday afternoon at the park and my camera! This little family was so fun, and their sweet little girl was precious! She definitely made me work hard for a smile, but I seemed to catch a few!! ;)
Bailey's, thank you so much for letting me be a part of your families first pro portraits! They make me smile over and over, and I only hope they will for your family!

Hi Friends!
Hope everyone is having a fabulous week so far! We've been rock'en the studio this week with a mountain of projects. Have I mentioned lately that I love my job!??? For example, I am so thrilled to be sharing with you the photos from Beth and Scott's ultra gorgeous outdoor wedding at the stunning Oakhurst Farms. Open green pastures, hundreds of blooming flowers, and cows!! It was just charming! The only little damper that weekend was we were all chomping at the bit because it was raining the whole time, and not just your normal rain. But, the kind that it looks like it may clear up and then out of no where rain would dump down from the sky like someone was pouring a huge bucket of water over the earth! Up until the very last hour they had to decide to go outside, or stay inside! OUTSIDE we were able to be, and Beth and Scott were able to get married on the lawn overlooking the lake and pastures! Just beautiful!
Beth and Scott, we are so thankful to have shared in your wedding day! You guys did an amazing job pulling together a beautiful spring wedding. We loved all your details, and loved that you let us take you two for a mini session despite the drizzle! We are so thrilled for you both, and hope that you guys will always remember there is such a thing as happy rain!!

Hi guys! I'm sure you are all wondering where the heck we have been the last few weeks :) Well I don't think I have ever traveled as much as we have in one month! "There's no place like home, there's no place like home... Every single weekend in April, Alea and I have been out of town but we have been singing the entire way! We've been to St. Simon's, Savannah and St. Simon's again this weekend!
Katy and Bennett only made us drive to Augusta :) and had such an awesome weekend for a wedding even in the rain!! It poured all morning long but there was no way we were going to let a little rain spoil such a fabulous day! We knew it for sure after the ceremony when the rain let up a little and a huge rainbow fell over the church!! If that's not a sign for good things to come, I'm not sure what is?!! (did i just sound like a fortune cookie?) I wish all of our couple could have rainbows on their wedding days :)
Katy and Bennett ~ Only the best to you both!!! We had such an amazing day with the two of you and hope that your photos remind you how perfect your day truly was!!!

| I had to share this photo just for the look on my husband's face!! Last week he go to go to the Final 4 in Detroit and look who he ran into!! I think he might be in aawwww with Fergie!! haha! |
