look who I got to meet!!

This past Friday, AP and I were invited to view the movie premier of "Fireproof" at the fox, the lead role was Kirk Cameron! Seeing a moving in The Fox was amazing, and it was so cool to meet all the actors and get my picture taken with Kirk! hee hee! Mike Seaver!!!
On a serious note!
Fireproof's opening night is coming up on September 26! It was a great movie that's hope is to share a message about marriage, and we were given the startling statistic that if 1% of the divorce rate would decrease that would save over 1 MILLION children from experiencing divorce firsthand.
Being that I am in the wedding industry, and hope that all my couples live happily ever after. I want everyone who cares about their marriage to go see it! and to push the movie Ill play my part and if any of you who see the movie on the weekend of September 26th, and can show me movie tickets (I need to see two tickets from either September 26th or 27th) from that weekend along with purchasing a copy of the "Love Dare" (show me the book or receipt) which you will learn about after watching the movie, I will give a free photo session.
I also promise that you will laugh a lot and cry a lot when you watch the movie, and afterwards be inspired to do what it takes to love on the one your with even more! OK that's my soap box! Go see the movie!

Leah and Brad

Leah and Brad were so sweet and so in love that I think I had to compose myself a few time during the ceremony. I won't say who, but there were some very genuine tears of joy that fell as Leah walked down the isle. :)
At most weddings we do our best to stay out of the way and just be the observers. However, while everyone was downstairs getting ready for the ceremony, Leah was upstairs alone... with me as her only company... asking me silly questions to help keep her mind off of what was about to happen. It was special to me because I felt like i was just a friend. Pretty cool moment.
Leah and Brad, it's always wonderful to see how everything comes together on the wedding day!! Your wedding was beautiful and filled with so many special moments and incredible family that it was such a joy to get to spend the day with you two!! Hope Hawaii was AWESOME!!! Compared to anything here in Georgia, i know you will be wanting to go back soon!! Aloha! |

Kimsey + Brad

man... i have gone through this post a billion times trying to take some photos out, but I just can't! There were so many absolutely amazing photos that my heart hurts to not be able to share all of them with you! So, please forgive me ahead of time... there are a lot!
We had an amazing time down in St. Simon, GA with Kimsey and Brad. Kimsey is incredibly warm and I got all of the good stories right off the bat! Being incredibly stunning both inside and out, Kimsey is such a joy to be around. Brad is incredibly outgoing and came right out and gave us big bear hugs meeting for the first time, thanking us for being wonderful to his lady. The groomsmen were my kind of boys. Wearing blue seersucker suits green ties, side for Brad with his pink whale tie... LOVED IT!
Kimsey and Brad's wedding was another of our weddings planned by the ever awesome Caroline Carter and Gang! They really do an amazing job, creating a beautiful and stress-free day! Their reception was at the King and Prince Resort over-looking the ocean. Lots of great music, dancing, and shrimp and grits! YAY!
Kimsey and Brad, thank you so much for your kindness and wonderful hospitality! We were overjoyed to spend such a perfect day with the two of you, and gang! You guys made our day letting us take photos out on the beach, the perfect pitt-stop! Which allowed us to create probably my favorite photos to date. You guys ROCK, and we wish you two lots of awesome days like this one!

Kimsey's Bridal Session

I am sure I have said this before, but one of my favorite things is getting to see what type of wedding dress each of our bride's choose for themselves. There are so many gorgeous dresses out there, and I love seeing what each girl has picked out for herself on her special day! I think that is a huge reason why I love bridal sessions because we get to be one of the very first of the public who get to see these ladies in their dress, AND get to to take pictures!! I was in LOVE with Kimsey' s dress! it was absolutely one of my favorites, I know deep down it is because I know I could never pull it off, and look even half as good in it as Kimsey! She knocked your socks off in it!! Absolutely stunning!!!
We photographed Kimsey and Brad's wedding at the beginning of August, so those photos of their St. Simon wedding are coming soon!! ;) Here's to a marvelous Friday!!
